Windows 11 Windows 11 always asks UAC before opening anything...Even for task manager, it says it is from a unknow publisher

Whenever I try to open task manager it asks UACFor most things it asks UAC Also for resetting the PC it asks for UAC I googled the problem and followed a few commands like sfc /scannow, all of those just scanned and gave an errorSomebody please help me to fix this
