Windows 11 How do I turn of microsoft app verification?

When I try to download a app a app on my laptop it says the app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft verified app but when I go to settings and advanced app settings I don't see the option to swap from Microsoft apps only to all apps how can I fix this?
