How can I restore this device......D:\ ?

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Object Name not found.


Device Manager returns this information.

TSST corp CDDVDW SN208AB Properties. (Driver File Details)

Original location ? :> C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\cdrom.sys

I have searched solutions for over a year. I have too much invested on solutions without having to erase (uninstall) this current mess created after Installation from Free Upgrade to Windows 10 [required] from Windows 8.1. My Computer: Toshiba Satellite Notebook C851-S5118 64bit. Windows 8 preinstalled. (no COD)
